Minimum 24 Items Per Screen

Each screen we use for you must have a minimum quantity of at least 24 items in order for us to start screen printing.  If you only need a few shirts made you can try our vinyl one offs or all over prints.

Production

We only start production once your order is paid in full and we have approved artwork.  Production typically takes 7-10 Days to complete.

$15 Per Additional Screens

Additional screens are needed for every separate color you use or if you need to change the size of your print between adult and children items.

Shipping

Items are usually received within 3-5 business days of shipping.  We can expedite your shipping for an additional fee.  Production & Shipping time is usually between 10-16 days depending on our workflow.

Please double check the spelling of your design per after the artwork is approved we don’t take any responsibility for spelling or design errors.

We can Pantone color match your orders as a request to assure we are using the exact same color in your Brand Style Guide to assure your corporation or brand gets the color they need.

Step 1: Email Us

The first step is to email us.  Send us over your design or design idea and let us know how many items and what sizes you’ll need.

Step 4: Pay For Your Order

Once you pay your order in full we will order your shirts through our distributor so we can get started on the production of your order.

Step 2: Mockup Design

One of our talented designers at Oh Shirt Yeah will design and update a mockup for the design you’re trying to print.

Step 5: Production Time

Now its time for us to burn screens, test shirts and get your screen printing order on track.  We will notify you if any questions or concerns arise while producing your order.

STEP 3: Artwork Approval

We cannot start production until artwork is approved.  Please remember to double check your approval for spelling or design errors.

Step 6: Shipping Your Shirt

Typical orders take about 7-10 business days to get mock up approval and production finished.   Shipping takes about 3-5 business days.   You can also come in and pick up your shirt orders.

Image Formats Accepted By Oh Shirt Yeah

If you have a design you would like to send us to get an order going than please mail us your designs to ohshirtyeah@gmail.com.  We need a vector version of your graphic so please double check the file format you have.  We currently only accept .AI, .EPS and .SVG files.  If you need us to rasterize, modify or create an image there can be additional fees.

Always provide your print-ready artwork at the exact size that you want them to appear on your garments.

Ensure that all raster files (or linked images) are built at 300 dpi.
  All art should be at the exact size you want it to appear on your garment.
If converting vector art to raster, leave the anti-aliasing option turned off.

Rasterize or Outline any type layers.

Leave your background color transparent, or match it to the apparel color in your order.*

Payments Accepted

Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
For each credit card transaction there will be $5.00 charge per ever $100 spent.

Checks:
We accepts checks

Cash:
We accept cash orders from clients that pick up their orders from our storefront

Shipping Timeframe

Orders typically take about 10 days from artwork approval to be shipped to your doorstep.  If you need an ordered rush shipped there will be additional fees that apply.  If you need rush shipping please let us know in your email.

Order Pricing

The price of the order is determined by three things:

1. the product you select
2. total number of colors needed for printing
3. quantity in your order

Other factors such as personalization or special requests also affect the cost. An example of personalization would be individual names or numbers.

Savings tip: The best way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order. We will work to customize your order to maximize savings.

There is no charge for a consultation.

Can I get a sample shipped to me?

If you need a blank garment sample of a product before ordering give us a call at 707-639-4152. One of our service representatives will be happy to arrange shipment of a sample whenever possible, usually for a small fee.

What happens after I place my order?

Each order is reviewed by the owner of the Oh Shirt Yeah to make sure your design is perfect and ready for print.

To make sure you are happy with the finished product we will review your design and fix common problems including alignment, contrast, line thickness, and more.

For orders of 12 or more items, you’ll get an email with a picture proof and details of any corrections before we process your order.

Can you print on my supplied garment?

Oh Shirt Yeah recommends all products to be purchased for printing through our vendors. We will not be responsible or liable for any products that are purchased outside of our vendor list for screen printing

Every situation is different, but generally, if there is something wrong with your order or if it arrives later than promised, we’ll work to correct and replace your order or issue a refund if you let us know within 5 days of receiving your order.
