Terms & Conditions

Hello and thank you for supporting local businesses!  Not only are you helping to support us you’re also contributing to making our dreams become a reality and we cannot thank you enough for that.  Your order means a lot to us and we will do everything in our power to deliver a quality product as quickly as we possibly can.   


Please read the following important information:


ALL SALES ARE FINAL:


Make sure to triple check your artwork for misspellings, color changes and grammatical errors.  Please also double check your order for discrepancies in garment sizes and colors.  Oh Shirt Yeah will not be held responsible for an order that has been approved by you.  We cannot go back and reprint a shirt so once your artwork is approved we will print as is.  

 

RETURNS:

 

Items cannot be returned or exchanged for a credit or a refund on orders which you have approved.  If you have a problem with a custom order please call or email us and let us know what happened.  We will correct mistakes we might of made on a case by case basis.  

 

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:


Orders are processed only when the final artwork is approved and your invoice has been paid in full.  You must approve your artwork and pay 100% of your invoice before we start processing your order.  Standard production completion time is 7-10 business days from when your artwork is approved and you’ve paid your invoice in full.  If you approve your artwork and have not paid your invoice then your production time will not start until your invoice is paid so make sure to pay your invoice.  There is a 7-10 day production time for most orders but this may vary depending on our current workload.  We will notify you of when your order is schedule to be completed.  

 

RUSH ORDERS:

Rush orders are available subject to our current workload. A rush order is defined as anythig quicker than our standard turnaround of 7-10 business days. Please notify us if you need to request a rush. Rush fees are applied on a case by case basis.

DELIVERY:

By default, orders are expected to be picked up for free at our shop at 897 Cotting Ln, Vacaville, CA 95688. Shipping is available upon request. You must provide your shipping information and are subject to shipping charges which will vary by size of the order.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:


With larger runs we suggest washing 1 shirt before distributing to make sure there are no issues with the ink cure on your shirts.  This way we can confirm they wash up nicely before you pass them out to your intended receiver(s).  If you wash the shirt and encounter an issue we can always fix the problem (if there is one) before the shirts are released. 


Once again, we will not begin your order until full payment is received along with artwork approval so make sure to get these completed asap!
